C&G Residential Services was founded in February 2026 by Evan Collins and Kareem Green — two experienced tradesmen who decided the time was right to stop working for others and start building something of their own. With a shared passion for the trade and a drive to deliver a service they could truly be proud of, they took the leap and established C&G Residential Services.
Based in Romford, we cover a 30-mile radius, providing professional renovation, refurbishment, and handyman services to homeowners and residential properties across the region. From minor repairs and maintenance to full room transformations, we approach every job with the same level of care, quality, and professionalism — because we know that your home matters.
Drawing on 15 years of combined experience, we have hit the ground running since launching, and are proud to have already secured contracts with two estate agencies — a testament to the trust and confidence that clients and businesses have placed in us from the very beginning. Though we are a young company, our experience, work ethic, and commitment to doing the job right speak for themselves.
